I have known Dagmara for close to a year as her direct supervisor at Vital Rehabilitation in Chicago. Vital is an outpatient rehabilitation provider which also includes a network of 8 separate companies with multiple clinic locations and numerous insurance and government payor contracts. Our financial tracking requirements are therefore more complex than that of a typical provider.
We hired Timeless Bookkeeping as a replacement for our previous bookkeeper. We use an independent accounting service. Dagmara began working at Vital in April, 2009 on a part time basis. She typically works 2 and ½ days per week, but has been very flexible and accommodating with her schedule.
Dagmara is extremely proficient in Quick Book applications, which we currently use. In addition, she learned all of our accounting practices in
a remarkably short period of time. She then found ways to reorganize to make significant and permanent improvements to the way we plan
and process all of our financial information. These improvements included new systems for tracking our income and expenses by program
and location rather than strictly by company. She also assisted me in the creation of annual budgets and incentive plans for key managers by cost center, and simplified and reorganized our Payroll system.
Dagmara requires very little direction and works well independently. She is accurate, thorough, and is able to maintain focus in a busy environment. Unlike our previous bookkeeper, Dagmara has enabled the owner and myself to concentrate on other areas of the business that we previously neglected.In summary,
